Our selection criteria include brand reputation, formula and ingredients, product safety, palatability, category stability, and suitability for long-term consumption by cats and dogs.

Currently, purrfectpets.co primarily offers staple food and treats for cats and dogs. While our current brand selection is curated and limited, we prioritize ensuring that every product listed has undergone a thorough screening process.

Our current focus is on food for cats and dogs. In the future, if we find suitable brands and products that meet our strict selection standards, we will consider expanding into more pet types and related categories.

We prefer to perfect our core selection of high-quality brands and essential products rather than rapidly expanding into too many categories. Our focus is on product quality, brand consistency, and user experience over sheer quantity.

Shipping & Payment

We currently only support shipping within Canada. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time. As these brands originate in China, they are also available for purchase within China.

A flat $1.80 CAD packaging fee applies to all orders.

  1. Free Shipping: Enjoy free nationwide shipping (Canada) on all orders of $99 CAD and over.
  2. Within the GTA: A flat fee of $5 CAD applies to orders under $99.
  3. Outside the GTA: A flat fee of $10 CAD applies to orders under $99.

We support the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

You can view the estimated delivery time on the checkout page. Orders placed on standard business days are processed and shipped within 48 hours. During holidays, processing may be delayed by 3–5 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Expo Days), please monitor your order page and email for tracking updates. If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 business days, please contact our customer support.

Returns & Refund Policy

Yes, we accept returns within 30 calendar days of receipt. However, the returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If there is a quality issue, please contact our customer support team with the details. Once verified, we will issue a full refund for the affected items.

Yes. We include trial-size sample packs with our staple food orders, so your pet can try them first. If your pet does not like the food and the full-sized bag remains unopened, we offer a full refund. Please ensure the return is initiated within 30 business days of receiving the product.

For returns due to non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. For returns due to quality issues, the store will cover the shipping costs.
